I'm really enjoying teaching the Thursday evening and Saturday morning classes, but they are now booked out! So in order to not turn away any more pregnant women, I’m offering a new class on Monday nights.

Monday nights 6.00 – 7.30 pm in Chifley, $100 for 6 classes.

Starting 14 February

There are 6 classes, with no class held on the Canberra Day long weekend (14 March), last class is on 28 March.
If you have to miss a class you can make it up at one of the other Canberra Prenatal Yoga classes in the week.

To take up a place please let me know as soon as possible.
